VERY ELEGANT

These shoes are absolutely lovely in person! The quality is wonderful, and the shape of the vamp is so classy and flattering! I have wide feet, except for my heels, which are pretty small, so I often struggle to find shoes that fit comfortably in the toes without slipping off my heels. I ordered my usual size in these shoes, and added heel cushions from Amazon, which took care of that part. They feel slightly snug in the toe and metatarsal area, but I'm pretty confident that they'll stretch to a very comfortable spot as they break in naturally, or with the aid of a shoe stretcher.

I ordered the Ivory but it is more a MINT-GREEN. Not Ivory or even White-ish. Super bummed. I'm a shoe size 6.5 and the shoe fit great. But unfortunately, definitely not the color expected.

Exactly what I hoped for!

I've had my eye on the Marilyn pumps for over a year, and decided to buy them for my wedding shoes. The size I ordered was a half size too big, but the return process was incredibly easy. Within days, I had the correct size! They are beautiful, well constructed, and I can't wait to wear them on my wedding day!

Beautiful shoes, so comfortable, runs a bit large

I love my Marilyns! I needed a practical black pump that could go with anything in my wardrobe and these are perfect. The cuban heel makes these shoes so comfortable and balanced. I originally ordered in 8.5, same as my Peggys, and they were far too big. I sized down to an 8 and they fit much better, spot on for the left and still a tiny bit big on the right (I have medium-narrow feet). I stuffed the toe slightly and now they're perfectly snug. Thank you AD for all the gorgeous vintage shoes!!

We're so glad you like them! Narrow feet can be tricky in the Marilyn, as the sides are low and there's less to hold the shoe to your foot. A ball of foot cushion might be helpful to get a perfect fit on that right shoe.

So close!!

I love these shoes and have had my eye on them for a while, but as wonderfully made and cute as they are, the color was quite a bit darker than I expected. I had hoped to wear them with a white dress uniform they'd otherwise be perfect for (especially considering I'd need a comfy pair to make it through the day). Unfortunately had to return them, but if they were white or at least a cream I'd order them again. They're more of a beige now.
